I think my brother in-law who was driving her that day probably fastened her up better after this video before he left, but I really do not know. Very lovely little girl! I noticed her straps seem a bit loose- they need to be tight enough that you cannot pinch any slack at the shoulders. Also, her chest clip should be at arm pit level. I have two very helpful links and two very helpful favorited videos in my profile for more safety info :)
