Demo: OPI's Black Shatter from the Katy Perry Collection

Here's a demo on the Black Shatter nail laquer from OPI. This polish was released in January 2010 with the Katy Perry Collection. You can purchase these at Ulta stores for about $8-$9 each.

The nail polish that I'm using as the base color is from OPI's Shrek Collection in Fiercely Fiona. It is a bright, vivid lime color. I used 2 coats of it on my nails before applying the Black Shatter over it.

FYI, Barry M & China Glaze also carry similar nail polishes that creates this same effect.

I love making side to side motions with the brush when applying, it makes the cracking more sporadic <3
