You could eat that little if you are interested in becoming anorexic. The body requires a minimum of 1000-1200 a day just to function. Better do a little research.

Hi..It seems like you've mentioned a high volume of daily calories...whereas I was told to maintain a 500cal/day. Can you pls rectify?

I know exactly what you mean about slacking off after some success. It sucks! *That* week is terrible for me too. I want to eat everything in sight!
