  • Lèt la pasterize avan, ( sa vle di li chofe pou tiye tout mikwob yo) apre sa nou mete l nan boutèy la tou cho, nou bouche boutèy la ak yon bouchon espesyal epi nou mete yo nan yon aparèy ki rele Otoklav ( ou Esterilizatè) . Aparayè sa a chofe 1èt la ankò sou presyon pandan li nan boutèy la a 120 oC, pandan 20 minit, Lè sa lèt la vin esterilize epi li ka konsève pou pi piti 6 a 9 mwa toutotan boutèy la poko louvri. Se menm teknik sa a yo itilize pou fè lèt nan ti bwat fè.
