I have my mopho plugged into my mbox sound card via midi cables. This allows me to sequence the mopho using the external instrument plugin inside ableton and this also allows me to change sequences and tweak the knobs without playing keys. If you don't have a sound card to hook up your mopho you can use a standard usb to midi cable. Ive been experimenting with live's looper effect and playing each part live. This allows me to get multiple layered sounds quickly from this little monophonic beast.

@brayrouz Of course: i put my mopho on my MOTU soundcard by jack cables. midi out of my keyboard to midi in of mopho and audio in of every single track of Ableton Live.

@albertopadova - gotcha. You could still record as midi with your keyboard in ableton and then on playback have your keyboard routing the midi into your mopho on playback. You obviously know what you're doing, just thinking for those that want to tweak their sound without having to simultaneously play keys

Does that version of the MoPho have usb midi? if so wouldn't it be easier to record midi from your keyboard directly to your computer, then use that track to route midi to your MoPho? Might make for easier post-record tweaking...

@steelsureal I could not even try this setup. This Mopho is not usb.
