Wow, I just made this and although it is still chilling in the fridge waiting to go into the ice-cream maker, it tastes wonderful. The durian taste is very subtle and it is really creamy and thick. Thanks for posting this.

I loved watching this. I have been viewing a few of your vids and love them all. I too have made a choice to eat raw food for health reasons and I am now 23 days into my new lifestyle of eating and am already noticing lower blood pressure readings. Thank you for sharing and keep up the good work!

Excellent Video Mate keep up the good work
I don't know about cashews. And it is hard to describe the taste of durians because they are so unique. They are kid of custardy, but that doesn't do them justice.

I couldn't tell you. I don't count calories. I think if you make healthy food choices like eating fruits, vegges, nuts and seeds, avoid processed foods and animals, you will be at your natural weight. And don't overdo the fats! Be reasonable.

I've been transitioning to raw food for the last two years now. I've got breakfast and lunch down well with two kinds of smoothies. I'm working on dinner dishes now. The birds were serendipitous.

It's raw agave, a sweetener. You can get that on Amazon, Natural Zing, and many other websites. Or use honey or dates.

Durian can be tricky to open. All I can say is be careful. As for ripeness, if it's stinky--it's good.
