Big Time is a theatrical concert movie released in 1988, another wonderful Tom Waits and Kathleen Brennan collaboration. This is truly a rare treat, he doesn't tour that much any more and this movie is a good way to make you regret missing out on his live acts even more.
At this point of his career he is leaving his early jazz years behind and
develops the roaring vocals around experimentation with various genres and instruments.
This segment features a song Gun street girl and a recital with a burning umbrella.

@alianchild I looked at "dragonkeeperjoe81"s comments, videos, etc., and apparently they don't need drugs to be rolling down the slide of delusion, heavily into what's become a religion of conspiracy theories. AND also has a taste for--I swear--"conspiracy-theory RAP"!
