A music video of Frank Zappa's Tribute to Monster Movies

This video was originally blocked but after watching the similiar video from "manwithoutabody", I decided to reupload this video by slightly raising the pitch of the song.

Now I have two versions, you decide which one's better.

I used Footage from countless monster movies and tv series including:

It Conquered the world
King Kong VS. Godzilla
Star Trek (Episode "Arena")
Jack Frost
The Mighty Gorga
Battle Beyond the Sun
Santo & Blue Demon vs The Monsters
Blacula
Lady Frankenstein
Monty Python's Flying Circus

Song: Cheepnis
Album: Roxy & Elsewhere

  • Why is the audio sped up?

  • @MrMariodave Not sped up but the pitch is raised a bit. It was the only way for me to upload this video without it getting blocked due to copyright reasons.

  • Pssybart, in the movie 'Ed Wood' of director Tim Burton you will find more footage of 'It Conquered the World' including visible nylon strings and two-by-four. Ed Wood is the director of this film and many other great B-movies from the fifties.

  • @Phonygram Thank's a lot! I'll look it up right away.

  • 3:16 to 3:23

somebody name, please, this marvel of 7th art.

  • @souvla It's called Shark Attack 3: Megalodon

  • Great Montage Work!

  • Nice beta Homer Simpson cameo from 4:25

  • @halloranedward It conquered the World' is indeed a Roger Corman movie.

But the missing sequence might very well come from an Ed Wood film.

Zappa might have zapped between different B-movies.

    Thanks!

  • @Phonygram wrong. this movie is a roger corman

  • lmao werewolf woman of the ss!!!

  • This song is practically my theme song.

  • 2:20-3:15 depicts the eternal conflict between mammal and reptile.
