    Clinton gave money to everyone... He's why the USA is in dept... Bush had to stop fthe spending and cutt back and people were saying he was greedy... Bush was not a good president but he was not the reason for why the country is what it is... Obama is picking up the spending once again to give to drug addicts that seek their food stamps for a profit or drugs... The percentage of dept has gone up since bush was in office and yet no one is saying anything cus Obama is a celebrity not a president.
