  • I love that you have knee friendly exercises....I had meniscus and acl surgery 7 weeks ago.....doing good but working on strength training...This was my second meniscus surgery since 2008.....Do you know of any cardio that is easy on the knees also any using resistant bands? thx love your videos

  • I'm gonna try this one out, had meniscus surgery just over 2 months ago and lunges cause some discomfort...no real pain, just an uncomfortable feeling.
