Sullivan marked the score 'Allegretto Moderato' which is 1/4(crotchet)=100. The backing is slightly above this making it suitably leisurely yet lively.

David Keith Jones has a FANTASTIC voice....but this absolutely gorgeous wee song is played far far to slow .. and the pianist isn't the best either.
