I took Lipitor for a few weeks and developed side effects ...giddyness ...vertigo...muscle weekness ...aches....depression.
Got off this drug after just days later felt great again.
Started taking fish oil and much to my Dr's disgust my self treatment showed improvements when tested.

I fought for two years not to take a cholesterol statin and succumbed in the end.
I took the drug for one month and ended up with stones in the bile-duct and eventually had to have ny gallbladder out! Think before taking these money spinning drugs!

As all of the video of Radhi Gleis, GREAT, except that I personally strongly believe that NO animal product is for human consumption and that olive oils is not good. But, the info she and Mr. beside her give, is very beneficial and educational.

LDL sice is relevant and is controlled exclusively through a healthy diet. NOT DRUGS. Cholesterol size does not change.

@TheRosa63 The Mediterranean diet is mostly lots of fresh vegetables, even if they're cooked: tomatoes, eggplants, zucchini, plus fruits, likes grapes, with lots of antioxidants. And of course, lots of good olive oil and home-made bread! Yum!

I thought LDL and HDL are not even cholesterol?
Nor is there such a thing as bad or good cholesterol from what I've read.
When I found out I had high cholesterol & my doctor discussed the option of prescription meds, I thought, NO WAY. I know too much about the mass-marketed, poorly regulated greed mongering of Big Pharma. I have known people who have experienced numbness in their limbs, liver damage, even permanent memory loss. I have always believed in nature and in natural solutions, and I still do. Sterolyn is working for me, in a safe way that I trust.
