Arnie Gunderson discusses reports of hot particles being detected from Tokyo to Seattle. Hot particles are radioactive particles such as Cesium 137, Strontium 90, Plutonium, Uranium, Colbolt 60, and other isotopes that can't be detected by normal radiation detectors. They enter your body and attach themselves to tissues in the brain, lungs, bones, heart, intestines, and other vital organs. Once lodged inside the body, these hot particles will emit radiation in a small localized area essentially forever. This constant bombardment of radiation of small localized tissue will significantly increase the risks of cancer. In the case of plutonium, cancer is virtually guaranteed.

These particles have been dectected in arlarmingly high levels not only in Japan but also on the West Coast.(Seattle) Surprisingly, the level of hot particles detected in the West Coast is approximately half the level detected in Tokyo. A metallic taste in your mouth is a tell tale sign of radiation exposure.
