@ljwantstohelp It's not just Evelyn. My husband had a traumatic brain injury 3 yrs ago. I was thrust into the Hell of Court Guardianships then. This is a horror coming down the track at as baby Boomers age. Supposedly it's about safety of the incompetent adult. In reality it's about the State confiscating property and assets.
If you have assets - or if the State THINKS you do, - watch out.
