Without question an EBA would counsel a client not to buy a specific home if it appeared contrary to the client's best interest. EBAs do not have any home "inventory" (since they don't represent sellers) and thus don't care which home a client buys--as long as it meets the client's needs. During the initial stages of the relationship the EBA will assess the buyer's commitment to buying. Once the relaionship is established the buyer's needs are paramount. We don't "get" the buyer to do anything.

Would a EBA ever tell a buyer not to buy? As you do not take listings, I think you are motivated to get the buyer to buy.
