Whoever it was that recorded this was holding up a camera -- hand-held no less -- over people's heads. He/She went out of their way to fill the void of your life... and you STILL manage to bitch about it...

its the starbucks business model he doesn't like, not the coffee itself.
me personally? i dont like that starbucks extends itself way too far, but i can't knock the coffee in and of itself. in my town its a choice between starbucks and dunkin donuts, and dunkin donuts coffee might as well be burnt brown water for all the coffee they claim it to be.
