The reason these are unmarked is because there is either nothing there or something really, really valuable/powerful.

@jetli80 It's a "game song", or "soundtrack". But it still has an artist :)

I found the lonely grave and the Northern Steps. Didn't feel right to take what was inside. Seemed too personal. This is how each of live differently in these worlds created every 5 years or so for the last 20 years or more by Bethesda!

@MyDreamingMistress I totally agree. From the locations you find, to the cave and dungeons you go in where you see dead bodies of animals and wonder if a huge fight had taken place just before you got there! I have over 100 mods running in my PC game that i am surprised all the time by things! Like I have a mod where creatures (with enough intelligence) can go through doors. So I am just coming out of a cave when a goblin patrol comes IN! Luckily I am in shadow, but 4 of them walk straight past!

When I play Oblivion, I look at everything and think " So many forgotten legends, tales and to many forgotten locations, no one nows about them,their...sacred"

Those 'Northern Stairs' lead to Hermaeus Mora's shrine

You are a true player and lover of Oblivion.. Favorite.

The Lonely Grave is especially poignant, in my opinion.

It's amazing how they add these little things just to give life to this game, and some sense of wonderment for foot travellers.

I completely agree. The sense of once living people in these derelict places surely is astonishing.
