When Ben sings it just sends chills down your spine. One of a kind, the voice of an angel. Its been over 10 years and I still can't believe he's gone. I'm sure the heavens rejoiced when Ben joined their choir, but it left us with a hole that will never be filled. RIP Ben.

When Ben sings it just sends chills down your spine...he just had such an incredible very distinctive but different voice than anyone else. The way he pronounces words is just fabulous. One of a kind. The voice of an angel. Its been 10 years and Ben, I still can't believe you are gone. Thank you Slance1 for sharing this incredible man's songs with all of us

With a bit of polish, this would definitely have been a single on his follow-up album. It looks like he had 7 songs, and he was 3 short of finishing up, which is really too bad. Thanks for posting Slance1!

When he sings "dear", the word sounds strange.

Is he saying "dear" funny cuz he is making fun of saying "dear"?

I just heard the Cars new album, then did a search on Ben and found this and a bunch of other songs he did that were never released. The Cars are infinitely less of a band without Ben...it's painfully obvious on their new Album "Move Like This". Ric should have let Ben write some of the songs while he was still alive. It would have provided a fresh dynamic and direction that is sorely lacking in the Cars last 4 albums, including this new album. Thanks so much for posting these wonderful songs!!
