you can use thin egg noodles or linguine, but in most chain grocery stores they carry lo mein noodles

when i stir fry the beef it is remains raw and or hard but when we have beef dishes in resturants in hongkong the stir fried beef is sooo soft and well cooked i dont know how they do it.
