  • The video diary I have seen here....impressive results! I am finally getting serious with my own weight loss goals and this seems the most realistic way to lose the weight, no drugs, no crazy crap, just results!

  • I read somewhere recently in a health magazine that if you skip breakfast you have a 450 % maybe it was 500% chance of being obese. Something to think about.

    You have to understand the difference between correlation and causation though. Not eating breakfast doesn't cause someone to be fat, there are too many other factors involved. I could write an article linking ones' fondness for the color purple and cancer risk if I took the time to look at the stats/trends and worded it properly.

    And not eating breakfast is the #1 thing sumo wrestlers do to get fat. They don't eat breakfast, then they exercise for 5 hours. They are totally hungry at lunchtime and eat and eat and eat. Sound familiar? So if you want to stay fat, don't eat breakfast.

    otherwise it runs about 50% slower and you burn less during the day
