  • wonderful video, 0% phytic acid after 5 days of soaking of the rye, should you soak in or outside your fridge?

  • Does phytic acid buildup in one's intestines and stay there? Also are there ways to increase phytase levels to lower phytic acid levels? And is there a lot of phytic acid in psyllium husk?? Thanks Dr. Rose...great videos btw
