From the show, Peoples Rev was a "grunt work" company, never a strategic partner to her clients. Kelly tried to leverage her experience making precise seating charts into a Lynne Franks level reputation, but I have years of PR experience and, Kelly, you are no Lynne Franks.

Kelly's equally aggressive partner said, "OK, we are going to nicely handwrite the addresses." Seconds later, Kelly is raising hell about the handwritten addresses. What a hoot! Kelly's book should have been titled, "How to sell yourself as a tough New York bitch when you are really just an unorganized tyrant." The only "business system" she has is her name on the lease. If she is having to check the EVERYTHING, then she is not a successful business owner.

Kelly obviously has never figured out exactly what HER way is, so how could the interns know? Throughout the show, she fumed and bitched her way thru emails and seating charts (and gift bags). She tried to present herself as having THE wisdom about PR, but all she ever did was rant and pace. She did not tell the interns how her "brand" made gift bags, so how could they get it right? All I saw in Kelly was a self-important PR grunt with bad hair - where was the presentation in that, Kelly?

@leyway I was thinking the same thing. You have to think to yourself "Would you accept a gift like that?" especially if your working at a PR firm where presentation is key.
