  • So glad to see you. You are always in my prayers! I love ya! You look great! Sally

  • so happy to see you back on here, Terry.. I was just telling Tom the other day that I missed seeing you..

exercise is so the key and keeping my meals as protein first and protein most.. very few carbs, except complex carbs. this journey is such a learning curve

    you look great...

  • It Has been a long time! so glad to see an update from you! Congrats on all of the changes. I didn't walk much in my first 2 months and I definitely see the huge difference now that I Am walking everyday now. You are So right. Exercise is so important. The thing is: if we will just do this critical exercise for this chapter of our lives, the weight Will come off! & it shouldn't come back even if we don't excerise constantly afterwards as long as our diet is right! Thank u for updating us!

  • I am so glad to see you again. I was thinking about you a couple of weeks ago and wondering if everything was ok.

I live in michigan also. I am in Hazel Park.

    Hugs... Cindy

  • Great to see you! You will keep losing. Just get a bit more active ... cut your carbs and focus on protein. Be sure to get your liquids in and it will happen!! I was just thinking of you the other day!! Wish you were coming to our meet and greet this weekend friend. Tom

  • I'm 54 and trust me, it's just slower for us. You're right, we spent much more of our life NOT exercising so it's a bit harder to change lifelong habits. Just don't give up. Every day is a new chance. I haven't lost a lot since January either. Gosh, I have the same gastritis issues too....before and after surgery. Hang in there.

    Donna:)

  • I was so happy to sign in and see your face in my subscription box! You know, dont think this is the end. This could just be a stall thats not really related to your bypass. Who knows.
