My astronomy teacher assigned my class a project to create a short lesson surrounding some celestial object within our solar system. Through his class - and by using Celestia Educational Activities - I discovered a love for Jupiter's moon Europa, and so I decided to do my project on it. This is the result.
5/18/10 - Today is the day the project was due. I woke up this morning having thrown up at least 5 times over the course of the night, but managed to force myself to go to school briefly so that I could turn the assignment in. My astronomy teacher let me present first so that I could leave and be sick at home as soon as possible, and I inadvertently blew everyone else out of the water right from the get-go.
Comments after the video was shown were as follows:
"Well now I don't want to present MY project anymore!"
and,
"You totally made my day by using Strong Bad in that video."
I ended up getting a 110% grade. W00t!
Did you animate this? And very great information!!

@mococo2011 Unfortunately, animation is a skill that I find to be beyond me. However, I do have a program called "Celestia Educational Activities" that gives a very accurate depiction of the universe and the objects within it; astronomy teachers often use it to teach their classes. I recorded most of the shots of Europa in this video using Celestia with a recording program called Fraps :3
