1995 ZR580 EFI MOD sled. 95 chassis with 2005 front suspension A arms, shocks, skis. Spindles are from a ZRT AGLT .
Rear suspension Skid and shocks and track needed holes drilled and reinforcement plates were needed to bolt it in.

1" lugs with 1.5" carbide picks. Just barely clear heat exchanger. 140+ picks. Overkill for 580 but they came from an 800.

Motor rebuilt all new seals and gaskets with wiseco pistons. Left it stock bore. Rebuilt clutch also stock. Stock pipe/can as well.

Steering post moved forward and up a few inches. Much more agressive riding style this way

Braided steel brake line.

Chameleon Dupont paint on hood with polished tunnel and green accents.

Suspension parts and track and skis came off a 04 and 05 ZR 800 and 900

Will do 100+ no problem. Old sled that handles just as good if not better then new sleds.

  • where did you get those screens for the vents

  • @Arcent7 home depot. they are made from gutter gaurds.

  • did the suspention parts jus go right on? or what did u all do to make the rear and front supention to fitt?...thats a bad sled

  • @BUDS907

I had to make spacers and drill holes and relocate things. I could email you a link for the parts needed if you want

  • it was much cheaper then buying a newer sled. you can find good deals on ebay/clist for good used parts.

  • there was some fabricating, needed to make spacers and cut notches in the spindles drill some holes but not to bad it was worth it, the sled is 10x better!
