You don't even understand the copyright laws at all, so I'll explain it to you:
1. He is not using the video to make himself a profit or advertising anything to make a profit.
2. He is using the video for educational purposes.
3. It is not plagiarism because he stated that he didn't make the video.
Because of these things, it is not protected under the copyright laws.
So no the video will not get taken off because he's done nothing wrong.
