Wow, i've never known anyone to pass up basicly free $ before! I would've stayed partner just to keep getting the extra income. Any money is good money from your videos.

@1:50 $0.15 is how much you could get paid per click. But remember you could get paid as little as one cent also, which makes a whole lot of difference.

@sankaranable It varies, I got 60 bucsk from 2 weeks, and 60 bucks from 2 months. Sometimes the ad campaigns running are just not appealing to my audience. It's more profitable to have your own website. Like collegehumor and machinima do.

In the early days of TV, the shows had cardboard sets because there was little money. It got better as the money increased. I think if YouTube gave the partners more money then the partners would be able to make more and better videos.
