@johnnygunsz On 1, 2, 3, and 4 you hit the crash &/or mini china, and on all the "e", "and" and "a's" you play on the tom. it's right-left-right-left. I know you asked him. But I'm really bored and I thought I might be able to help. Also, if you watch the video where Matt actually does the solo, they have an angle where you can watch Matt playing that part.

yeah dude, just think of it as a regular single stroke roll, but instead of on just the snare its mostly on the high tom and china with a snare hit on 2 and 4 :)

how do you do that part at 1:47 ish on the 1 tom and the crash ( i think matt does it on the mini china ) is it just like back and forth i dont get it :(

@johnnygunsz Its real easy actually (and yea he does it with the small china in his solo's). its really just 'left-right-left-right-left-right' with your hands, and your right hand is switching from the tom and crash/ china each hit, and your left hand stays consistent except when youre hitting the snare. Maybe I'll made a how-to vid.

@gsx4g63t sweet man thanks ! i actually tried it before but i always thought it was done with double bass so maybe thats why it sounded off. and definitely ill subscribe ! if you want check out my channel i have some a7x covers up since im not good enough to play abr stuff haha, but I can play most of what you played here. thanks man
