I agree the music makes it, but I think that it would have looked better on a slider or dolley or something.

It's easy. All you have to do is to apply the 'Curves' effect to your video layer in Adobe Premiere or After Effects. You just play around with the RGB, Blue, Green and Red channels. It's very simple. If you need any more information just ask :)
