I'm convinced following the rules works in my journey when I deviate from them the scale screams. Air travel, tight band equals not eating and drinking appropriately. Time to get down to business and turn this situation around - join me on this mini-journey =))

  • I love your videos because it reminds us of the importance of eating regularly and NOT skipping meals and water. I KNOW you will lose the weight and you know it too but it's still tough.   • I would love to do a "what am I eating journal", but I don't think I have the patience for it lol.....or maybe SOME things that I'm eating time to time I don't want to share cuz maybe it's a no no. Right now, events beyond my control I can't get the trendy and super healthy stuff b/c it costs more and I can't do it right now....but I will. So know I'm realizing I do have to be more conscience of what I'm eating. Maybe I just need a challenge. All I know is I need to get the scale moving...
