A business is public, every single business traded on any stock market index is a publicly traded business owned by shareholders not the govt. The owner does have the right to refuse service but not to discriminate based on age, race, or gender. Employment is not an act of slavery, your views are ignorant and unintelligent.

Jews changed our immigration from 90% white to 90% nonwhite overnight with jew Emanuel Celler's 1965 Immigration act. Most of the civil rights lawyers were jews. The NAACP president for the first few decades were jewish, NOT black. This goes far back, to the early 1900s when they worked to get us into WW1.

"Public facility"? So many people are brainwashed in regards to private property rights. No, a business isn't public, unless it's govt run. Otherwise the owner has the right to refuse service for any reason whatsoever. To force them to serve (labor) for someone they don't want to, is the exact definition of slavery. Anti-discrimination laws therefore traded one tyranny for another. Before, govt required people to stay apart, then they force people to go together. Both are tyrannical.

Now there are many reasons why a restaurant can refuse service, one is threatening the customers, another is being loud and annoying the customers, but being of different race and color is not one of them...

I think we have to understand that racism is local. Even within the same restaurant.  Day shift at the Rockford Dennys is great and at night it goes to complete shit. Dennys is to blame though because it deals with racism at its convenience. If for example its in a predominatly Mexican neighborhood, they will condone shitting on blacks, whites and Asians if it suits them.

Denny's is still having issues with diversity. I have a civil rights complaint pending. I am a caucasion male who was racially taunted by a hispanic waitress and the manager just wanted to get smart with me.
