Circular Strength Training - 15kg Macebell 360's

Swinging 15kg = 10 reps one side & 10 the other.
Using my homemade adjustable macebell (4ft long x 1.5 inch thick & 5kg).

Very tough on your grip, core, balance etc looks easy but it ain't!

Have been inspired by Scott Sonnon, Steve Maxwell, Mark Sisson, Jake Shannon & the like.

    Im self taught & 8 months ago my macebell form was shocking & i was struggling with 10kg.

  • 15kgs is no joke. Good to see your arms fully flexed back, can I suggest straightening your arms in front, other wise your biceps will tire & fry early.
