  • To this day poeple, to this day, there should have been some High management officials held accountable for this tragedy, there was a massive coverup, Safety Officials and others simply do not allow something like this to happen, unless they were forced to Launch. I hope that whoever was forced to agree to Launch suffers greatly for the rest of there lives..

  • no stupid nasa was so desprite to lauch and they new they new that the shuttle would expolde even though they were told to delay it but nasa went ahead a let the shuttle explode its all nasa's fault for this insident like if you agree

  • I find it interesting that the astronauts died from drowning and not the initial explosion. When the bodies were recovered, there was water in their lungs and their air systems had been turned on. The air systems were only able to be turned on by the buddy system, one astronaut helping another one to turn it on.

  • "major malfunction", ya think?

  • it was the first ROCKET disaster or?

  • "major malfunction"

  • I was born only 8 months later after this disaster
