The GF pasta is really good. I can't get Braden to eat any ..yet... but I like it. Patience is not something I have a lot of but in this case I have no other option, I have to 'stick to my guns' with this diet or I only have myself to blame for a slow recovery. :P

Its amazing how far people go to make their asd kids comfortable with the gfcf legal food they are eating, i think it's a miracle diet but i'm not on it because i am the fussiest eater around. I hardly eat gluten anyway as i hate bread and all that. This is where doctors go wrong though as all they do is drug up kids without trying alternatives, i believe that drugs should only be used as a last resort as they alter the personality

I agree completely, drugs are bad news! It's my beliefe that the body is full of it's own chemicals and if you can balance them out like they "should" be then you can eliminate problems using the bodies built-in drugs.
I do what I can with this diet we're still not 100% on it. I'm planning a dead-line for full GFCF on March 1st. Maybe I'll be able to cook something good by then. lol
