The subject of your video reminds me the movie "Dead Birds", that is about a haunted plantation during civil american war. The director shows us the mood of this era, the "romantic south", though the film is a terror movie.

I haven't seen "Dead Birds" but influences from other films are there especially from "The Innocents" (1961) in which a phantom female hovers among the reeds near the edge of a pond. A serendipitous circumstance during the filming at Victoria's Black Swan Inn was an approaching thunderstorm which made a chandelier sway in the wind and curtains blow.

I was just at Victoria's Black Swan Inn just last Sunday, though it feels as though it's been a year I wan to go back so badly. It's such an amazing and beautiful location!
