@angiecat33 I was wondering because the person after who the garden was called was originally Georgian and I know their decendants. Abkhaz was Last name of Georgian lorderly here in Caucasus

@losdruid here is the bit of info when I did a google search, that I found on the history of it: The Abkhazi Garden is an exquisite heritage home and garden located in Victoria, British Columbia, a city known for its wonderful gardens. Prince and Princess Abkhazi began creating their garden in 1946.

@angiecat33 I know :) their modern last name now is Abkhazishvili.... and they got there after Bolshevik goverment overthrew Georgian Goverment in Caucasus and all of its goverment members were decleared as Soviet Public Enemies

@angiecat33 cool, I was asking because Person after who the garden was named is originally from Georgia and I know his decendants. Abkhaz was lastname of Lorderly in Georgia and my friend has last name Abkhazishvili (son of Abkhaz) who is decendant of that man. how man this is really cool now
