@aitraining I'll give you Clemens (note how I spelled his name correctly, unlike you), but Schilling is clean, Randy Johnson had no muscles at all-- he is clean, and Nolan Ryan's final no hitters were in 1991-- practically no one took steroids back then.

@aitraining I agree with your comments wholeheartedly! Most sane people would as well and readily admit McGwire, Clemons and others seemed to get a "Free pass" in the media. The problem is though that Barry was a real dumbazz M.F who just couldn't find it in himself to be decent to teammates, fans, the media..., etc.
Hence, you are that kind of MOFO, God help ya when you mess up..............!

Without even reading all the comments, it's amazing how everyone gets ugly on this guy when player's on your own teams were on shit too - pitchers included. Clemmons, Curt Schilling, I'll even say Randy Johnson and yes Nolan Ryan - who suddenly started throwing no hitters again at 43. The era was tainted. All of it. Bonds used but know most of the eilte players did. He was just better than all of them.

@aitraining agreed, even players like randy velarde used steroids, so i'm sure it was very widespread. but of course its the best guys who have the light shone on them, no one really minds if you're on steroids and hitting 260. bonds was always a hall of fame bound player, a great fielder, great base-stealer, and consistently an awesome all around hitter. tainted though his records are now, it was great watching him play and hell still go down in history as one of the best that ever did it
