Dear brother we have to be careful with Takfir. If they say something that contradicts Qur'an or Hadith in Aqeedah, then we judge. So those who do the kufur things we mentioned are would not be considered Muslims, but not all are like that, and we ask Allah to guide them all.

@AlsunnaOrg selamu aleykum brother, i want to comment on your statement to the shia. When we see what the Shia do, can we say that they are muslims? They do shirk, do the things you mentioned in your comment. How they can be muslims? And where are the shia that don't do this things. IF there are some, I believe as well that they are muslims. But if they are real muslims they convert to Ahlu Sunnah. I realized it as described. I hope you tell me your statement. Selam brother!
