Here's a quick way to pack some protein along with some healthy antioxidants. You can buy these premixed at the grocery store or save some cash and make them yourself with the freedom of choosing your own fruit!

I pack two at a time and store them in the fridge for the next two days' lunches. Just give em a mix and enjoy!
