went to Vidcon. The Vlogging and Youtube convention put on by the Vlog Brothers in Los Angeles. It's going on now. There are many yotubers and youtube lovers including people like Shane DAwson, Lisa Nova, Samproof, thestation, danny diamond, whatthebuck (michael buckley) Ijustine and pretty much everyone you see on the most popular video pages.
There are also plenty of small youtubers like me. It's a very fun atmosphere.

If you live near LA you should come check it out. It is located in the Hyatt hotel in Century City.

There are lots of seminars about new media and how to make videos and make a living as a vlogger or youtube partner. There are tech seminars on hd cameras and meta data and things I don't understand and also musical and comedy performances by youtubers .
