Not judging you but your shadows at 1:40 on kneeing you shouldnt be switching your stance coz u could get knocked down try keeping your stance the same.

thank you teaching/showing us your training exercises.The one in which you hold the punching bag with your feet and do pullups looks quite challengeing(for beginners like me..) however it will be more interesting compared to the "routine"I've been doing.Now,I can only carry 10lbs.hand-weights,but do you recommend goin to 15lbs. hand weights first, or straight to 20lbs?

@izXztrickenX ok well their an abdominal exercise, and i said its at 8 seconds so thats not that hard to spot considering its at the start of the video...
