I play football and rugby, and i gotta say the truth is they both require a pair of balls to be played. Believe me, I tried shoulder checking someone during my first rugby game and I dislocated my shoulder and the other guy went was put into a ICU.

@bebomac5 Finally someone with a reasonable response in support of American Football. It's really a dumb argument as it is: Rugby and American Football are BOTH great sports. And the people that usually argue about which sport is tougher have never even played a sport in their entire lives. They are too busy eating Cheetos and beating off to internet porn.
