Blue Phantom combination pericardiocentesis and transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) ultrasound training model is excellent for teaching ultrasound guiding procedural techniques. This extremely realistic and life size anatomical simulator extends from mid thigh to head, and includes fully ultrasoundable heart, lungs, ribs, liver, and pericardial fluid, as well as articulating head and jaw. Users can obtain images from all appropriate imaging positions, including TTE imaging windows.

Constructed using Blue Phantom patented ultra durable tissue technology; the simulated tissue matches the acoustic properties of real human tissue, providing uncompromising image quality at a low cost of ownership. This model performs well with any standard ultrasound system and appropriate transducers.
