A new defence strategy for the United States has been announced, while at the same time readying the military for reduced funding. So where will this leave Americas military commitments and capabilites in the future?

You dont need to be a genious to figure out how this is going to go.
They will claim planning to exchange soldiers with robots but in a matter of only years they will start a war with Iran, thus starting a conflict with China and Russia and it will give them yet another excuse to pump funds into the military.
Only way they can keep afloat economically.
