In dit filmpje komen 2 Nijlgans families voor. De eerste familie heeft 6 baby gansjes en wordt op een gegeven moment aangevallen door een wat sjacherijnige Canadese gans, maar er vielen gelukkig geen gewonden. De tweede familie heeft 3 wat oudere gansjes. Gefilmd met m'n Panasonic FZ28 op het gras neergezet, terwijl ik kleine stukjes brood voor de camera gooide. (english text below)
In this clip 2 Nile geese families appear. The first family has 6 baby goslings, and is briefly attacked by a grumpy Canada goose, but luckily no harm was done. The second family has 3 somewhat older goslings. Filmed with my Panasonic FZ28 planted on the grass while I threw small pieces of bread in front of it.

Cool! We in Germany call them "Nilgänse" too :-) Eqyptian geese have such long legs, very beautiful body plumage and head too. They also have a funny honking. I wonder what they are talking about, I can't speak goosish. And indeed, looks like a thriller! :)
