I think you gave great advice. We only have two chooses. Maybe 3 but I don't consider suicide a valid chose. I'm glad she has decided to seek help. We can choose to stay depress or we can choose to get help. Either way the rape crime stays the same. The only deference is your chose.

Junebug Obama, I really like the videos but I do disagree about the gay statement. I don't think a traumatizing horrible experience would have someone seek it out again. Your theory is almost like reverse corrective rape but it is a theory. I think you need to check out a therapy called informed trauma care. Look it up. It really has a high success rate among people who have been raped. I think you would like the information.

Absolutely Junebug...she shouldn't even try to have a relationship, until she can get some healing. I feel for this young lady. She needs to be smart and try to get the help she needs to overcome. Otherwise, these evil-doers, win. Junebug, what is your opinion on chemical castration, for rapists, who have been found guilty, in a court of law?

She should find the guys who raped her, dowse them in petrol and light a match. Revenge is the only healing that i know of and its sweet too. Plus if her rapists are hoodrats, even better because the police will assume their deaths are gang related. Then once she's got all that out of her system, she can move on and find a nice man.

We can't always control our circumstances. Our free will allows us to choose positive or negative thoughts. When we are happy we are thinking happy thoughts, when we are sad we are thinking sad thoughts. Sad or happy does not delete the violation. Proper thinking takes time and must be practiced until you feel it. I pray She will find help to renew her mind with proper thinking that brings healing and peace to an unfortunate crime & one day release Her from the bondage of fearing all men.
