man they're really working to punch some holes in the clouds tonight! I made a longer video so you can really hear this thing operate.It changes direction too as you can see around 2:40 and up when it gets stronger on my radio, being this is from Alaska-very strong signal. Caught in San Francisco at 0620utc (11:20 pm pst) on 07-22-11

  • I just picked this up two days ago 2/12/12 on 4500 khz 07:45-09:00 about 15 minutes of tones the steady rise repeating then silent AM carrier with weak and strong signal switchovers until 09:00z.

  • @rEdf196 rgr we were monitoring it too here. 1st showing (far as I know) since July. They are up tonight with just a dead carrier on 3400kHz AM (0453utc, 2-13-12) so active again.

  • haarp frequency: 2,75 MHz, 3,39 MHz, 6,99 MHz and 8,075 MHz

    ...and 6300 and 5500 too-monitoring now 0346utc 02-23-12. dead carrier testings with power ups

  • @globalswgetter ..and shortly after that First Token caught HAARP sweeping 4200-4500kHz around 0400utc so I caught it and shot video
