Ryan was there....and covered things up. He kept quiet and thought he would let his buddy take the whole rap for it. Well that didnt go as planned. Still not one reason for why Erickson would confess to a murder he didnt do or WHY he would implicate Ryan....... it all points to the simpler explanation...Ryan is guilty

Cheap talk! Where is your proof that Ryan was at the crime scene.  Unless you have a witness or physical evidence no one can put Ryan at the Crime scene. None to the prints or hair evidence match Ryan or Chuck. You must have a strong reason to make such a statement.....I must question your motive.

Good question why didn't the Prosecutor put Dallas on the stand, why didn't he ask Shawna Ornt the only person that draw a composite of the person seen in the parking lot? Why because Prosecutor Crane knew what there answer would be. Prosecutor Crane needed a witness that would support his theory....So he used Jerry Trump the person police said had no useful information, the person who was never asked to draw a composite, the person no one spoke to for 37 months

Jerry Tump was summons to Crane's office December 21, 2004. He walked in with two years of probation over his head know nothing and walked out as Crane's key witness. Does anyone see anything wrong with this?

When you watch Shawna Ornt in "If The Jury Had Known" part II you can see yet another strong reason why Chuck Erickson could not have taken place.

Or Dallas Mallory and Shawna Ornt both lied.

I think it's appalling that he's sitting in prison&she's out free. If they had just ONE piece of evidence,perhaps I wouldn't think he's innocent.If you're going to believe the 'eyewitnesses' when they pointed the finger at him,why don't you believe them when they now say they were 'persuaded' to do that by the DA?

Then I took the time to read the facts, watch the interrogations & my common sense kicked in & realized that Ryan is NOT GUILTY of this horrible crime.

There was no evidence linking them to the crime. Every statement about the crime scene Chuck made was wrong, impossible or the opposite of what happened. May I suggest you have look at our first Youtube we made from the police videos the day of Erickson's arrest.

As you can see he knew nothing about what was used to strangle the victim or how many times the victim was struck.

By the time of the trial he had learned all the testimony from Prosecutor Crane. Erickson did this becasuse he had the death sentence threat from Crane
