Philippine National School for the Blind Rondalla at Cuerdas sa Pagbabago Festival

Multi-talented Philippine National School for the Blind Rondalla and Cultural Dancers impressed the crowd at the Cuerdas sa Pagbabago Rondalla Festival not only with their rondalla playing prowess but also in their singing, dancing the Tinikling and Sayaw sa Bangko. This Pagyamanin Likas Musika beneficiary proves that being visually challenged will never be a hindrance to attainment of success and in living a full life.
