@jamesgreenfield !!!! I was just going to post a comment a long the lines of "Is he a long lost relative of Paul O'Grady?" and then I scrolled down and saw your comment. He reminds me of P'O G, when he struggles to get out of the train at 2.41.

Really enjoyed the Captain`s enthusiasm and manner, would make a great presenter !
He has been a sort of hero of mine since 1976 and I met him in Camberly last year-a great bloke !
-
He kindly extinguished me with a fire hydrant on stage at the Marquee with the Doctors of Madness in 1977 - lovely chap
-
I saw him shove a carrot up his arse once.... how times change !

The Captains a great Guy..Hey Rob leeming!! He has your jumper on!! Did he pinch it off you at the Goth Fest at Whitby!!!.......

@Beboparina so to you wearing the "correct gear" = not being a 'wanna be'?
perfect.
spoken like a true "wanna be."
@Beboparina That 'cheap wannabe' is the first punk band of all time's (The Damned) guitarist Captain Sensible, you fucking sod. Nobody would be wearing cheap leather jackets w/o him! Read the description before you spout off your dumb mouth.

Better than Portillo's cack handed efforts. Give the Captain a TV series.
